Spieth “Surface Expander” Balance Beam

Training made easy with the Spieth balance beam surface expander
The Spieth balance beam surface expander is a must-have for apparatus gymnastics training and practice. The training aid can be easily attached to any balance beam using the straps and hook-and-loop fastening. However, it is also often used as a floor balance beam itself. The widening of the beam from 10 cm to 20 cm enables users to improve their stability during new gymnastic moves such as flic-flacs or somersaults. The red line down the centre serves as an orientation aid, helping the gymnast to execute the moves cleanly.
