The Sport-Thieme competition PU weight disc has a 50-mm hole and a high-quality PU coating. The material is hard-wearing and therefore particularly durable. In addition the plastic is resistant against scrapes, knocks and abrasions. Its advantage: the weight can be used in competitions as well as for fitness, strength and stamina training. You can select the appropriate weight from 1.25-25 kg to suit your level of ability.
