The Sport-Thieme plyo box: for intensive jump strength training
The Sport-Thieme plyo box is an effective tool to increase performance. Thanks to their shape and stability, the plyo boxes are ideal for use in plyometric training. They are made from steel and can withstand the toughest demands. Their trapezium shape means that the stools stay firmly in place.
