The Sport-Thieme “Premium” pull-up bar is made of a sturdy wood/metal construction for durability. Weighing 6 kg, the pull-up bar can be easily attached to an existing set of wall bars – and the unit features metal hooks above the bar to do so. Beneath the bar, there is an opening on the left and right – both of which have a securing screw to close them. These ensure the bar is firmly attached to the wall bars. The best thing about this pull-up bar is that, in addition to gripping the central wooden bar, there are handles attached to each end that have soft rubber coatings. These increase the range of possible exercises and keep your workouts varied.
